Oral Maxilla Facial Surgeon–Dr. Benta, is the most recent addition of associates to the Dental Care Team. With Dr. Griffith, our oral surgical team is well equipped to handle a wide array of oral surgical treatments that otherwise may have had to be referred beyond our shores due to the absence of the required expertise.
Dr. Benta is a native of Antigua and Barbuda; and he hails as the first Antiguan with this particular skill set to be licensed and registered in Antigua and Barbuda. We at Dental Care are happy to have Dr. Benta on board and we sincerely believe that his presence will greatly enhance the mission of our team.
As mentioned earlier, Dr. Benta is originally from Antigua, attended the Antigua Grammar School and Antigua State College prior to pursuing his dental degree at The University of Medical Science in Villa Clara, Cuba. In 2018, Dr. Benta then returned to Havana, Cuba where he pursued his training in Oral and Maxilla Facial Surgery, graduating in 2022 from The University Hospital General Calixto Garcia. We at Dental Care congratulate Dr. Benta in his path of development and preferment, and we look forward to his valuable contribution to our team
